profile 1

Sarah began her career in marketing and public relations before changing her focus to the field of nutrition and health. Sarah’s experience in fast-paced work environments helps her to create realistic lifestyle-based solutions for her clients. By integrating informed food choices, active living, and stress management, Sarah helps others experience a positive shift in their overall health and well-being.

While obtaining her master’s degree, Sarah’s interest in maternal health and wellness grew as she began to learn more about the connection between a mother’s nutrition habits during pregnancy and the implications they can have on a child’s health. Sarah devoted her studies to researching proper prenatal and postpartum nutrition as well as the benefits of exercise during pregnancy.

Sarah is committed to helping her clients feel empowered to make the best and most nourishing food choices without feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information and different sets of “rules” that apply during pregnancy. She has expertise with different dietary practices including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

Sarah has also worked with a range of businesses consulting on health promotional materials, presenting wellness seminars and working on corporate wellness programming.

Currently, Sarah lives downtown in NYC where enjoys taking the latest fitness classes (a SoulCycle fanatic!), participating in NYRR races, exploring her neighborhood and catching up with friends and family over leisurely weekend brunches.
