Mission Statement


To help individuals optimize health and wellness by understanding their nutritional needs based on current health status, food preferences and life stages.

My goal as a practitioner is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need. Together we will create a strategy  to help you feel more confident in the food choices you will make throughout your pregnancy, ensuring the best possible health outcomes for you and your child.

The food we  consume every day has a profound and lasting effect on our health. For a woman, the moments leading up to, during, and following pregnancy are the times when good nutrition habits become more important (and confusing!).

Empowering you to make nutritious decisions

Equipped with the right tools, we can more readily make the most healthful decisions about the food we put in our bodies. As an expectant or new mother, these choices become even more significant as they affect not only your health but also the health of your growing child. With a combination of nutrition education, wellness coaching and personalized support, we will work together to create a plan of action that will enable you to have a nutritious and healthful pregnancy.

A collaborative process

Instead of a list of rules, our time together will be a collaborative process in which the benefits and potential risks of consuming certain foods during pregnancy and breastfeeding will be explained. You will be provided with all the guidance you need to make informed decisions that make sense for you and your lifestyle.
